PLUS...Any unit that recruits at least three*** new youth between October 5-December 4 will be entered into a Council-wide drawing for a 12-piece tent combo OR a dining canopy!  Two lucky units in our Council will win one of these items.  (***for any additional youth past 3, your unit will be entered in the drawing again - i.e. 4 youth = 2 entries, 5 youth = 3 entries, etc.)
